Wietse enjoys lunch at the fire lookout.From the col with the descent ridge (oos to the right), looking up at the summit of Camp Ridge. Again - it looks much closer than it is.Looking down at the Thrift Peak col and across at Thrift Peak - the lookout just visible at upper left. We thought we'd made it at this point.Crowsnest Mountain lies to the SW of Thrift.This large rock is a great landmark to know you're on the right ridge (above us here).
