Niko and I woke up at around 0530 every day (my camera time is off by 3 hours if you're looking at the exif). Niko would have a hot chocolate while I would brush my teeth!

At 0545 we made lunch for the family and put it in the work crew's cooler. At 0630 we ate hearty breakfast cooked up by Carlos and his crew. Breakfast was either toast with bacon, eggs and hash browns or pancakes, sausage and fixings. There was also cereal.
